New York City -
After performing in Middletown, New Jersey, we return to New York City to see a Broadway performance of "Les Miserables" - and, of course, to see The Naked Cowboy again. (September 2002)
Salem, Massachusetts - We expose myths about wiccans and pagans in Witch City - Salem, Massachusetts, home of the 1692 Witch Trials, where innocent people were hanged on Gallows Hill. We also camp at Winter Island and have ice cream at The Dairy Witch. (July 2002)
Hannibal, Missouri - Back to America's Hometown (and Mark Twain's Hometown) of Hannibal, Missouri for National Tom Sawyer Days, and the Fence Painting Contest. We tour both Mark Twain Cave and Cameron Cave. (July 2002)
Hot Springs - We visit hot springs in Glenwood Springs, Colorado; Pagosa Springs, Colorado; Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico; and Hot Springs, Arkansas. (June 2002)

Cahokia Mounds - We visit Collinsville, Illinois, near St. Louis, site of an ancient Native American culture of mound builders - most impressively Monks Mound (January 2002)
Zephyr attends Magic Science Camp at Science Central in Fort Wayne, Ind., where we also watch the Olympic Torch pass on its way to Salt Lake City and the 2002 Olympic Games. (December 2001)
Hannibal, Missouri -Samuel Langhorne Clemens left quite an imprint on this little city by the Mississippi River, which was also the home of Titanic survivor The Unsinkable Molly Brown and Lear Jet inventor William Lear. Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn, Injun Joe, Becky Thatcher and Pudd'n'head Wilson are everywhere you turn. (December 2001)
MUSEUMS: COSI and National Inventors Hall of Fame, COSI in Ohio & Indianapolis Children's Museum - The latter is especially worthwhile at Halloween. (November 2001)
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania - Cannons and monuments mark the site of the pivotal Civil War battle. And ghosts still linger in the streets around Willoughby Run. (October 2001)
New York City, September 11 - Shortly after 9-11, we visited the Big Apple and viewed the ruins of the World Trade Center. We also visited the Pentagon. (September 2001)
